If you have any questions about this form, please feel free to contact me so I can walk you through it. If you would rather have me register you or your child call me and me will be happy to do that for you. Once you send in your registration form, you will receive a notification email that I received your email within 24 hours. You can pay for your class in full or in payments, when you come to your class. You may also call to pay over the phone.
